Purva Whitehall is good project and no doubt which is positioned in strategic location and even the construct quality is good.
GST is expected to be rolled out from July 2017 onwards, and which possess no difference in the the pricing factor whether the same is being implemented.
I am looking for new project launch for 3 bhk flat in east bangalore by reputed builder who can really keep the promise near ORR road.
We are planing to buy under construction Flat in Bangalore , Our Builder is charging Service Tax = 6% & VAT = 10.15% of TOTAL Construction cost.
I have checked with some other builder in Bangalore he was saying some thing else % of Service Tax & VAT,
Please advice as per the government rule what is the % for Service Tax & VAT charges for Under construction Flat in Bangalore.

Hi, I have booked the apt . but when i calculate all taxes carpark charges construction tax etc club and KPTCL and BWSSB . the total round up cost comes more than 7300/sq ft. will the price increase after handing over. seems the cost is very expensive. i booked at 5750/ sq ft but all the other extras have piled up. feeling that i made a bad decision

Embassy Pristine falls under luxury segment and holds location advantage + Higher Rental Returns. Between East Point and Whitehall. I would suggest you to consider Purva Whitehall. Reason Location and Project configuration. besides, Duplex units are meant for self use than for Rental Returns.

Across sarjapur there is a concern about the ground level water as of now. but most of the project including purva white hall has taken water conservative management in terms of well planned STP’s & RHW
