We are planing to buy under construction Flat in Bangalore , Our Builder is charging Service Tax = 6% & VAT = 10.15% of TOTAL Construction cost.

I have checked with some other builder in Bangalore he was saying some thing else % of Service Tax & VAT,

Please advice as per the government rule what is the % for Service Tax & VAT charges for Under construction Flat in Bangalore.

Hi, I have booked the apt . but when i calculate all taxes carpark charges construction tax etc club and KPTCL and BWSSB . the total round up cost comes more than 7300/sq ft. will the price increase after handing over. seems the cost is very expensive. i booked at 5750/ sq ft but all the other extras have piled up. feeling that i made a bad decision

Hi Harish, the location of purvawhitehall is great and it is on top of my shortlist as of now. It will be great if you can give your thoughts on my two concerns mentioned below:
1. At this price point, the amount of amenities like sports , club room are very less.
2. Ground water level in this area is a major concern, how will it impact this property?
