I recently bought a flat (4BR) here. I am really disappointed. Prestige management does not allow even a small interior modifications. This will affect our plans to create for example a pooja room. There is a servant quarters which we do not need (and the entrance is exclusively from outside). They are not allowing to make a entry from the bedroom. We sent so many requests for them to consider but all in vain. They just dont bother to even reply (forget approving our request). Horrible management indeed.
I understand that some apts r available (3bhk)on resale basis.,but can u tell me the date of completion of the project (Brooklyn heights of prestige).,& what would be the best price u think one can buy at this stage. Status of the project (construction etc) as on date may pl be given.,if available with u. Tks

I would like to know whether builders like prestige and brigade and alikes take payments in cash too. Now buying a 1cr + property in all cheques and transfers can cost people dearly. Is there a way out?
