Hi Harish, I have booked a 3 BHK (1862 sft) flat (with 2 car parks) in this SP ParkWest property immediately after launch, and my all-in costs including regn. and some 10-15 L allowance for interior work comes to nearly 1.4 Cr. I will not be moving in because I work far away and plan to continue to rent in my current location close to work. But I am now worried about rental yield on this property after having put in so much money. What is the expected rent for this flat in your view?

@ Satish Dharmarajan – you should go and visit the site to clear all your doubts. As a Banglorean, I can vouch that this area, being part of the old Bangalore, has been the safest area/location. Also if you like the old Bangalore way of living, this is a very good location

I’ve been told that the surrounding areas have historically been a part of the culturally sensitive belt and that the roads leading in had several butcher shops and unsightly locations.
