Shapoorji Pallonji is a good construction company and that where it ends. They just cannot build, create, finance, sell and manage real estate and properties. Their magnolia and sapphire buildings in Parkwest 2.0 are running delayed by 4 to 5 years. Beware of putting in your hard earned money with them.
Parkwest 2.0 Sapphire and Magnolia – a heads up to all SP buyers. A completion that was promised end of 2019. Sure, allow for Covid and cash crunch, but it’s now 2025 and a complete lack of funding and stalling of development, while other projects that were started later are proceeding at the expense of those that were started earlier? This reeks of not keeping promises, and chasing the next buck. Dependability, accountability, and reasonable order in management is seriously in question. Shapoorji has earned a deserved and lofty reputation with their earlier conduct. They stand to lose all this credibility with their more recent approach of how they treat fully paid-up buyers. My sincere advice to SP: finish the projects in order of promised dates, not on future customers – you’ll lose those if you cheat the paid-up ones.
Parkwest project is a blot on Shapoorji. They have cheated investors of Sapphire and Magnolia project. I had booked in 2015 and paid 90% , but the project is still incomplete and no guarantee of delivery in near future. But this rogue Shapoorji has started few more towers recently and they were catered very fast, but not these 2 projects. Shame on this rouge fraud Builder. Shame on you fraud Shapoorji!!!
