Hello Harish : On 7th Mar 2015 you had mentioned price range of Prestige Westwoods as 8500 – 9000 per sqft. But in Aug 2016 you mentioned Rs-8250 – Rs 9000. Is it reduced compared to last year. Any concern about the project ?

Regret for the misconception, the rate differs from 8500 – 9000 psft i.e for 3 & 4 BHK respectively. The price is not reduced

Current price is Rs.8250 – 9000 / Sq.ft. Project cant be compared with parkwest as both the projects are of different configuration.

We have pre booked an apartment in prestige westwood in tower 2 on nov .juz wanted to know the revised price per sqft now.they have applied floor charges too.which was quite on the higher side of the market value.Eager to know anyone else booked here???or any groups being formed for this project.

Road congestion and water supply will be a major issue in this area. Even now, BWSSB is not supplying water to the existing apartments despite taking all the deposits.

Thanks Harish. I went to the site on Saturday and I was wondering who would put 1.5 crores in such a neighborhood. I am a resident of Madras. I went by walk to reach sunflower site from Majestic. On the way saw Sobha indraprastha, prestige west woods as well. I was totally disappointed with narrow roads, up and down, very congested and dirty. Is it just this location or entire Bangalore area like this? The neighborhood of sunflower site looks to be surrounded by very low income group. With the metro occupying majority of the road, the entrance to the site looks very narrow. Can cars easily enter and exit? Please tell me despite all this shortcomings why you still think sunflower is a good choice?

Purva Sunflower is a good choice in that location considering Price as a factor. Besides, Real Estate development has just started in West bangalore and Land prices are at higher side. West Bangalore, capital values have increased from around Rs 4000 per sq ft to the range of Rs 6500 to Rs 12,000 per sq ft within a period of four years.
