is it very thickly populated? it appears very crowded how will be the water problem? there is no water in brigade gate way. they r buying water my relative is there. they try to sell their flat also because of this problem


Hi Harish, I am looking for a premium builder in Bangalore. I am interested in 3BHK apartment and located close to a metro station.


Apartments are very premium, well designed floor plans. However, the prices are very steep at almost 3cr for 3bhk. The 9 towers is something to consider as well. They will be having a signature tower as well but that would be adjacent with their own dedicated amenities.


Hi, Harish, I am interested in booking at their 6 th tower which they launched recently. Is this the best buy for 10950 per sq ft. How is the property.


You have wrongly mentioned that the project has only 5 towers. Actually they will have 9 general towers Plus one premium tower. So it seems to be rather very crowded complex with high resident density. Traffic at that road would also be a serious concern with so many apartments!!
