Where is Assetz 18 and Oak located in South East Bangalore?
The luxury plotted development project is located in the Sevaganapalli area just off Sarjapur, Bangalore. It is located right at the Clover Greens Golf Course.
They also seem to have a mandatory clause of constructing the villa within 5 yrs(upto 2026).. this is ridiculous for people looking for investments.. better they could have launched villa project instead of calling it a plotted development.
