I went for a visit on 19 Aug 2022. It is located in Gattahalli, which is not developed at all. From Sarjapur-ORR Circle, it is just 8 KMS which is good. However, I found plot rates extremely high. For 1017 SFT it is 81L-90L, 1163 SFT 90L-1.08 Cr, 1453 SFT 1.14 Cr – 1.26 CR and 1.30 Cr onwards for premium plots. These prices excludes GST, PLCe Duty. Please give some tips here. I was looking for plot investment in Bangalore for next 5-10 years.
