Am planning to buy a 2 BHK in Electronic City and I have come across this property.
How is resale value and ROI for this Property ?
Is lake near to this will be a problem in future ? Is this area prone to floods ? Is there any disadvantage in terms of area of this project despite am seeing that its located 2.5 kms away from Hosur Main road.
I liked this property because of their unique Carbon Healing Homes Design.
Can I go with this Property or can I Choose Shriram Liberty Square which is in Electronic City Phase II with 860 sq ft at 51 Lakhs.

The only con which i have noted is; there are no Civic Amenities as of now. Project is good for Self use than for Investment. You can expect 6 % Growth rate. Location is not prone for any floods and project is planned considering current NGT Norms. Assetz Canvas & Cove holds upper hand in-terms of project plan & configuration when compared to Shriram Liberty Square. So, my choice would be Assetz or You can even look at Ramky One Karnival

For Resale Purpose, how much can we expect from this property ?
And I have seen that lake development is stopped now because of HC Order. Is there any plan in future that they are going to complete the lake work with Joggers path around it.
I have chosen tis property as its in between to HSR,Koramangala and E city. So I thought its good for both rental and investment purpose.
