Hi Harish Sir , Between Assetz Atmos and Aura & Purva Trivoli which one is better for Investment Cum End-use after 5 years. Few more queries.
1. Do you see any risk for the Growth of Devanhalli due to more WFH or hybrid model post-Covid.
2. KIADB .. many companies have cancelled the deal .. so looks like employment might not grow.
3. How much ROI we can expect

Thanks for above info. Interested in the project but when I search this project location which is mentioned above, It goes to Assets Atmos & Aura. But Assetz Atmos & Aura is a Apartment project and the same is registered in RERA. Can you please clarify if this is plotted development, If so how its related to Assetz Atmos & Aura.
