Hi Harish Sir , Between Assetz Atmos and Aura & Purva Trivoli which one is better for Investment Cum End-use after 5 years. Few more queries.
1. Do you see any risk for the Growth of Devanhalli due to more WFH or hybrid model post-Covid.
2. KIADB .. many companies have cancelled the deal .. so looks like employment might not grow.

Both the projects are equally good for investment as well as for end use.
As the tendency towards the north part of bangalore is in high demand there won’t be any risk in the growth prospect.
A few companies cancellation in KIADB doesn’t make much of a difference because it is a temporary issue. Based on our study, Hybrid work Model is just a momentary strategy from large IT companies.
We have project growth rate of 6-7% YOY basis.

If your investment size is more than 1 Crore then i would suggest you to consider Assetz Earth & Assence / Embassy Spring. If its less than 1 Crore then you can consider investing in Assetz Atmos & Aura / Purva New Plotted Development Project.

But Assetz Atmos & Aura is a Apartment project and the same is registered in RERA. Can you please clarify if this is plotted development, If so how its related to Assetz Atmos & Aura.
