How is Assetz as a builder. I loved their configuration and want to buy it but I came across many reviews that states that their projects are always delayed and not delivered on time. Also do they have ongoing litigations against them?

Yes, I would suggest you invest because Assetz have developed many projects in Bangalore and have received positive reviews for their work. Few customers have praised the quality of their properties and the materials used in construction. Besides, Investors has earned decent capital appriciation and rentals as well; However, as you mentioned some customers have also criticized their delays in handing over their projects; but this is quite often accross all the mojor developers and at last As far as we know, there are no major litigations.
Also wanted to know, between “Brigade Leguna” and “Soho and Sky”, which one is good for investment for a large 3BHK ?
Both yields equivalent returns., Soho & Sky comes with larger area when compared to Brigade Laguna and whereas brigade laguna holds advantage in terms of Preferential Location views(Lake view).
How is the construction quality of Assetz ?
Is it as compared to Brigade or Sobha, who have projects nearby to this project ?
Is there any legal issue to this project ?
Is it wise to invest in a luxury apartment like this or a row house or villa plots from assetz’s Earth & Essence which is 7-8 KM from this project ?

Assetz Soho & Sky is free from any encumbrances and it possesses A Khata.
Assetz Earth & Essence is ideal for self use than for investment. Besides, Assetz Soho & Sky is equally good for self use or for investment because of its location. I suggest you choose based on your feasibility criteria; if the location of the project does not concern you and If you like independent living concept then you can consider investing in villa plots as well.
