These villa doesn’t have Occupancy Certificate.

Hi Harish,
I came across property Bluejay Aster which is the part of bluejay nine forum villas.
They are selling left out unconstructed plots.

I am not confident for investing in this after seeing Bangalore crowd and water problems in upcoming time.

Is it really worth to invest in plot after seeing all these views ?

For plot they have quoted Rs 4000/sqft.

I am but confused, as current prize itself they are quoting 4000/sqft, I am not sure what will be growth rate and return down the line after 4-5 years.
This project is bit outside of city and some silent place. Not very good connectivity and hosure road is around 3 km from this place.

Can you please suggest some good projects to invest on closer to city and have clear documentation.

I am considering two options in EC- BlueJay and Ajmera Villows. While Villows is ready, in main locality, spacious and unique, but stuck in petty legal battles. Bluejay is not yet ready, regular design, pure villa project and in a remote place. What do you suggest for self-use?
