There is a drain that runs around the edge of Brigade property. Last rainy season, the Subramanyapura lake breached and the entire road was flooded. As the number of settlements increase, the inflow to the drain and the subsequent smell is going to extrapolate. Plus there is a concrete mixer nearby causing pollution – fly ash, silica. Showing Turahalli forest does not mask other issues.

There is a drianage ….real estate agent said it is secondary nala not a primary nala . So in nalas also I got gyan that there is primary and secondary.

I am very happy with the location of project (Banashankari 6th Stage) opposite to Turahalli Forest.
As the builder is trust worthy in terms quality, brand, etc I am planning to buy a flat here.
But, If you look at this place in google map, It shows a blue spread-ed area(similar to lake).
Is this a lake bed area? Is this a good place to buy?
