I had visited brigade golden triangle and salarpuria celesta for my own purpose.
I however like celesta more coz of the plan and connectivity but they are quoting 79 lac+ reg,for only land owner flats.is it worth spending this much??
My 2nd preferred option would be BGT where builder is quoting 75+ reg. is it worth??are they charging more?
but I find concerns here like BGT doesn’t have borewells! Is it true?? There are tankers only.

Looking to purchase Golden Triangle (2/3BHK – undecided) for investment & rental purpose.
It appears Brigade Golden triangle has an upside potential when compared to similar priced properties around Whitefield/KR Puram. Though some of these are not branded, they are closer to the city (Ex: Skylark Esta – 2BK – 80l, possession in Oct/Nov 2014) . Is it a safe bet to invest in Golden Triangle.
Do you see a risk in attracting people for rent here in view of the distance. Is it possible that this property fetches a rent of 25K in 2016.
Is the resale potential for branded properties better than not-so-well-known brands.

BGT is a good option, but if i was in your position, i would consider Assetz Marq reason being, peacefull place and better location and proximity to Whitefield, its also a premium development of township as well.

Which Project in your view would give best ROI from a 3 to 5 year perspective?
1. Brigade Golden Triangle ( 2BHK still available at 72 to 77 lakhs all inclusive)
2. Purva Plam Beach
3. Purva Midtown
4. Purva Skydale (Though all inclusive 2BHK works out to 87-88lakhs)
Advantage with Purva projects is the No Pre-EMI scheme which is going-on.
But, honestly, there is also a big negative with Purva projects – DELAY in completing projects.

I visited Brigade Golden Triangle, looking for a 3 BHK for self use. The floor plan looked better for Brigade but distance and water availability is a concern. It seems we have to be completely dependent on borewell. Is there any chance that we get Cauvery water there in that area in near term ? What are the other better options in that stretch , I need to be travelling to IndiraNagar area & Manyatha Tech Park daily.

At the current price which is 4390 + floor rise, is this project still a good option for residence+investment. We visited the site and the floor plan looked much better than others. The only concern I have is the price and the reviews which say that the area is not going to develop. However, I feel with the mixed use space and the national highway it should. You opinion would be highly appreciated. Also, in comparison to Prestige Tranquility the house looked better( personal opinion). Please do compare.
