Any documentation that I should be aware of as a first time buyer with no experience. Kindly share details on agreement that would be signed. Thanks for the knowledge sharing. i would like to know how good it is to compare Brigade Buena vista? i saw your review on brigade buena vista which is quiet promising, sriram is also a impressive project.. would like to know how would you rate compare to Brigade which will be completing in 2020.. I am stuck in between brigade buena vista, sriram and also Arvind Skylands (Jakkur) which is very close to my parents place.

Hi Harish, Please help me with the approach road to this project. I visited the site, and the road kind of becomes really narrow before it leads to the project. There are houses on either side of the road for a stretch. Will it not be a huge problem for this 40 acre township with that approach road? Maybe it is due for expansion, not sure. /Naval
