Hi Harish, Please help me with the approach road to this project. I visited the site, and the road kind of becomes really narrow before it leads to the project. There are houses on either side of the road for a stretch. Will it not be a huge problem for this 40 acre township with that approach road? Maybe it is due for expansion, not sure. /Naval

Thanks for the inputs Harish. According to you in how many years that locality will get developed to be livable. Currently it is in outskirts. I checked this property have not seen much appreciation. Why do you think its good for investment ? Wanted to understand your views on recommending it.

I do not see Shriram Southern Crest review even though it was launched quite some time back. Is there any reason for not reviewing it? What is your opinion about the project?
