Hi, Harish Achar, Do you scrutinise the titles of the projects and the builder’s capacity and past records before recommending? Are all approvals in place for the projects you suggest like Godrej or Brigade Omega? Do you take any responsibility in case the project goes haywire? Pl provide list of approvals necy in a project. Recently Mantri dev was fined 110 cr for violating Belandur lake by the HC.Any other builder in this category?
You get a commission from the Builder, do you pass any of this to purchaser?If I go direct will I get this reduction?

Dear Mr. Harish,
I am looking at this project with some interest. However, I am concerned about reports that behind the complex there may be an open sewage drain. I checked google maps and there is definitely a water body behind the project. If you follow the canal that leads to this water body, it can be traced all the way to the Vrishabhavati river which all of us know that it’s plain sewage. Have you heard any concerns about this and let me know your thoughts?

As of now we have not come up with any major concern with this waterbody issue as we have also checked with the localities of surroundings as they are not aware of the water body, so it is not a concern
