The project is very slow, Developer is no more interested in this project, instead he is behind his other project. Buyers are struggling to get this completed and for hand over with OC.

Hi Harish, I was impressed with the newly launched Lorenza project because of the competitive pricing compared to other projects in this surrounding. But just little skeptical about the locality with respect to development (hospitals, schools, restaurants, bus facilities etc are very minimal). Given the possession time is 2020, will there be any scope for developments in the area?
