I visit century breez. I liked one of the unit. Your staff told me to transfer one lakh rupees to check the final price. I did transfer 1 lakh rupees. Your staff Ravi verma said it will be refunded in anycase if i want to cancel it.
Later i got to know i won’t be getting so much loan. so i cancelled it. Now he don’t take my calls and i don’t know whom to call for refund. everyone pass to another person.

I am currently living in Mumbai. Since housing here is not affordable i am looking at buying a flat in Bangalore. My budget is around 70 lakhs. I have visited some projects like HM World City off Kanakapura Road, Rajas Aristos off Bannerghatta Road and few others nearby. Some people suggested me to buy flat at Bangalore North in Yalahanka new city. I am planning to shift to Bangalore in 2-3 years time. Can you pls suggest which area in Bangalore is good for investment.

North Bangalore has good potential in terms of long terms at least 4 -5 yrs from now. In case, if you are working for any IT Company look into Electronics City / Whitefield as option.
