I am interested in this property for end use. But under expert opinions it is mentioned “Certain Civic amenities are developing in the vicinity of the project.”
What is the civic amenities?

Secondly, I am looking Karle vario homes also as an option. Which one century horizon or karle vario homes is better for end-use and investment both.

I see Karle vario home has UDS of 22-24% isn’t this less?
