What is the civic amenities?
Secondly, I am looking Karle vario homes also as an option. Which one century horizon or karle vario homes is better for end-use and investment both.
I see Karle vario home has UDS of 22-24% isn’t this less?

Both the projects are good to consider & the reason for lesser UDS in karle vario homes is due to its high density appx 400 units in 3 acres of land.
