Both Projects are good, The location of L&T holds good in terms of connectivity and easy accessibility when compared to Gcorp, and since it is on the Main road the appreciation will also holds good and has different size options to choice for. Only the concern is the possession date. So if you are ok to wait then suggest you to go with L&T Raintree Boulevard

Considering long term perspective we suggest to choose good unit in L&T Raintree Boulevard project. However Both projects are recommendable, but when comes to the location we suggest north Bangalore would be a good bet., Also units in PFC are less, most of the good units are already sold.
