Both are equally good., Availability in Misty water is less compared to Gcorp Icon. The selection of unit makes a difference in your ROI. We suggest you to opt for good unit with East or North Facing and which has good view, in either of the projects.

Generally Prestige will maintain good aesthetic and ambience of their projects and the surroundings. Once the project – Misty waters gets completes, we hope the compound walls will be covered by good fencing with creeper plants and the beautification will be done for the project to avoid atleast some portion of the view. Except the drainage issue, If this project suffices all your conveniences and your budget then you why would you miss the good one, also would recommend, if possible buy the other side facing.

When all leading builders are quoting above 7000, why is such a premium project from Prestige going as low as 6250? Many are still saying this project will touch 9000 in 2016, I thought this is a great project for ROI as well as for living . It is also right next to Hebbal Fly over. I have been following some of the top projects near hebbal fly over , the appreciation of this great property is much lower than I thought. It has true potential. Not sure whether sluggish market is causing this?
