Which one is better buy. Vaishnavi north 24 or l and t raintree. ?
I liked both projects but my concern is There is “The parsee tower of silence” behind vaishnavi north and “Train noise ” near L &T raintree phase 2″. After so much searching I liked Vaishnavi project . But considering grave yard behind I am confused whether to buy or not

I would suggest you consider Vaishnavi North 24. The reason being, calm location & better price when compared to L&T. I would suggest you to opt for inside facing or road facing unit.
Hi Harish, just came across this. How does Shriram Hebbal one compare with this? We were looking at Hebbal one as the 3bhk is much larger – so currently more inclined towards this. In your expert opinion, what would you recommend?

We shall revert you soon on this because the project is yet to be reviewed from ourside, but however the location of the property seems to be good and the builder reputation is also good.
Hai, pricing of 1.36 for 3 BHK, is i feel is on higher side comparitve to the project space of just 2.3 acres, where in Raintree boulevard by L&T, the same 3bhk is lesss priced, with vast space of 18 acres or so, which looks so serene and tranquil with better amenities and better build quality and straight access from airport road

As far as we know it is active and more over it is fully covered by trees and the visibility to this is poor. And also there are talks from the authority that they are planning to shift towards mysore road, far away from the city.
