Booked property with RMZ Latitude paying 30% upfront amount of in May 2014 at RMZ Latitude Project in Bangalore , While, in terms of the Agreement to Sell, the Apartment was to be completed and handed over to us by December 2014, In March 2016 I requested for refund of money with multiple follow-ups, the refund clause is mentioned in their agreement in case they could not able to deliver the property on time, after multiple follow-ups I have received no official response from them on my refund. Have gone thru a huge amount of personal harassment and heavy personal expenses during this entire process as I am based out of Mumbai now and need to travel many time to Bangalore followup purpose, after sending many mails to their senior leadership & reminders I normally did not receive any response from RMZ Homes for any status of my refund. Their sale agreement talks about the refund the amount in case customer cancel the project but they are not even following which is a part of contractual understanding. My biggest frustration is for their senior leadership who has no fundamental value to be responsible to their customers, just putting flamboyant outlook and flashy cloth does not make anybody as it is required to be customer-centric and the customer should feel the same experience when they book the property till the customers get the possession.
I hope my above experience would help many people in their decision going forward.

If we have to decide between Hiranandani Villas and RMZ latittude, which one would you advice. I understand both are of different nature one being villa and other apartment. from investment perspective.

I am looking for luxury apartments near Hebbal,North Banaglore
I have had a look at Century Ethos, Brigade Caladium, RMZ latitude,Karle town centre and Embassy lake terraces on web.
Which of these is a good investment for self use considering the psf, amenities, location, brand and appreciation.I am considering Century Ethos since it gives a time for my investments and is the lowest considering other projects here.

What is your advice.



how do you define luxury ??? is it to do with the area , the specs or the brand …the market is loaded with projects who call themselves luxury …can you help me choose the right brand without a biased opinion . Thanks
