Very poor design and poor execution of the project. I booked a unit here and got registered after more than 5 years. Now their GM say that because of building design issue, there is no covered parking lot for all the flats.
Not professional builders. Please do a through check before booking any of the century apartments.
Adding to that , Bangalore has higher number of unsold flats.. but the prices being quoted are still high..why is this gap..? this apears to be a sign of artificial scarcity that builders are trying to create.but the question how long this will last.. is it really worth to pay in crore weather for investment or own use.?
Its better to buy a ready to move in property than under construction as there are many kinds of fraud being done by the builders. What they sell are nice hi resolution pictures and video rather than the actual flat.
People should go and see the actual flats before buying. Its the most fraud industry of India. People spend their whole life earning buying into these and then wait eternally. When they get, its no more than a shabby piece of house.
Beware!!! All builders are like that..so dont be baised to any.
