Dear Mr. Achar, I had booked a flat in the presidential towers with a specific purpose of rental / capital appreciation. The project as I understand is now delayed (do not the reasons) and now is expected to be delivered on or after July’18 only. I need to know what will be rental prospects and the capital appreciation at the time of delivery – assuming the delivery during July’18. It is presently quoting rs. 10,500/- as I understand. Request for a detailed response please.
