It is advisable to invest in clear land titles; Suggest you to look for other plots which are not in lein with the above sy.no.

Hi Mr Harish – I had booked one plot in this project with your company help. Mr Ravi was my contact. Due to pandemic situation we could not complete the registration last year. When I contacted them to start the process, they sent me an updated version of the indemnity bond document which reduces my benefits from 5 years to little over 3 years (they past dated it). What is your recommendation here? If I cancel the booking, looking at some of the comments here, my 30% advance payment that I have made, not sure when I will get it back and significant loss of interest for sure.
Are you continuing to recommend this project? There are still 2 legal cases pending. Any help you can provide, especially when I had booked through HomzNSpace help? I have contacted Mr Ravi already but now not getting his response to calls/messages.

I have booked plot in 2018 and cancelled in the month of June this year due to the developer could not conclude on legal issues and covid uncertainty . My plot has be already booked by another buyer three months back but still they have been delaying in settling my dues and not responding to mails and calls. please be careful before investing in this property

The price quoted by builder is 2400-2500/-.

Issues will be resolved. Legal issues won’t reoccur once it’s reloved; as there will be a settlement under court of law. The price has increased to 2800/Sq.ft now.

Yes, It’s a Case filed by one of the family member of landlords – stating their Signature is missing & asking for Money to take back the case. Don’t worry, these kind of cases are pretty common in Real Estate. This will be resolved soon by the developer.

I understand but why the landlord has not taken signatures of all the family members based on family tree. If someone is coming out of declared family tree then the case should be dismissed. Otherwise what happen if after 2 years someone comes and file a case?? Site owners will be in trouble then,,

As per builder – it’s a claim from out of family tree member & CAT A Builders like Address makers & others – usually support their customers even after 10 yrs to resolve these kind of issues. As they dont want to spoil their Brand Image.

We found 5 more pending suits covering many sy numbers of the project. My lawyer has advised to exercise caution with respect to TCA project. As per builder (checked 3 months back) they were suppose to close all the cases within 2-3 months but so far there is no progress on ongoing cases.
What is your opinion? Should we stay away from the project and invest our hard earn money somewhere else…?
