I understand but why the landlord has not taken signatures of all the family members based on family tree. If someone is coming out of declared family tree then the case should be dismissed. Otherwise what happen if after 2 years someone comes and file a case?? Site owners will be in trouble then,,

Hi Harish,
We found 5 more pending suits covering many sy numbers of the project. My lawyer has advised to exercise caution with respect to TCA project. As per builder (checked 3 months back) they were suppose to close all the cases within 2-3 months but so far there is no progress on ongoing cases.
What is your opinion? Should we stay away from the project and invest our hard earn money somewhere else…?

I am planning to buy plot in Bangalore. Can u please suggest suitable plots between 25 to 30 lac. Which would give me good results in 4 to 5 years.

Yes, i have bought. Bought it for 1950/-. I found it to be a very good location. Right opposite to Land aquired by a big builder. Roads are being asphaleted. Progress is very good. Last time i visited people working there mentioned it will be delivered within this year. When most of the builders are delaying their projects this one took me for surprise. Really happy to invest here.
