Great analysis of G corp residences. I am seriously considering Gcorp residences vs Prestige pine wood. I was hoping to hear your views
1. Residences seem to have a smaller living room but a bigger balcony. Prestige seems to have a bigger living room for a 3 BHK and a smaller balcony.
2. Residences seems to win in terms of project configuration, amenities. Especially, the entire apartment in residences uses imported marble, while pine wood has living/master bed/bathroom only.
3. Fully loaded cost is approx same for both. G Corp is giving 2 car parks as per your analysis, prestige is providing only one.
4. Prestige definitely has the brand value vs G corp.
I would like to hear your personal pick as an expert between both the projects and the reason please.

No doubt G-Corp is a far better project that pinewood .

As you said both are equally good. I would go for G corp reason being High end Specs and 2 Car Park. Besides, I can negotiate on price with the builder.
