Hope you are doing good. I wanted to know is investment in Godrej Ananda a good one in North Bangalore? Considering the total number of flats coming up in 20.33 acre is emongous. I guess atleast 2500 flats, so is it a good investment or brigade is good considering there land parcel of 50 acres.

Godrej Property is NOT a trusted brand and when they work with Universal Builder, final output is Low Cost High Margin Product. Check yourself Godrej eCity @ Electronic City. Even after 5 Yrs, many things are still pending. Builder is NOT ready to handover project as they are earning unaccounted maintenance fees. There are Fraud transactions. Builder has done unauthorized construction within campus and Sold fraudulently. All agreements are one sided. Be Aware of Fraud, Construction quality is at par with local C grade builder. Check yourself Godrej eCIty project done by both of them before making any decision. Godrej Ananda is also with UB and will be aimed ONLY to loot middle class people and make money. It will be ONLY head ache for life.
