Its just not about price. If price is too competitive Investors cant move out of the project easily. One should invest in end use project for better ROI.Basically, Project need to be unique. It should not be an just another regular residential project. second point is demography dynamics of that location. basically weather the location has already developed / wether it has better scope for infrastructure & Public amenities. / weather location holds premium factors or not. Even brand advantage will also holds potential in terms of appreciation. There are multiple factors we assess, while recommending suitable option for property seekers. I would suggest you consider Purva Zenium for better returns.

Thanks for your help for home buyers. The location is 2km from airport road and apart from some luxury villa in front of this project, there is nothing around. The area seems to have water crisis.(may be because of hilly area).
Builder is charging relatively high here. Would you suggest buy this for self use purpose? Even Purva zenium is next to this but seems relatively lesser price. Whats you suggestion to choose considering self use.

10 yrs down the line, Area will shape up as posh location. Builders who are coming inside Sammy’s dream land are all CAT A Developers & Need to worry much about water availability. Someone told me embassy boulevard already relies on taker water, do you think Godrej aqua will face water problems. Water security sounds more like a marketing thing than reality.
I also visited embassy edge too, it looks a little interior and far from liveable, will it habitable 3-4 years from now when apartments will be handed over.
How do you feel about embassy edge vs godrej aqua for investment or self use.
