Is there some legal issue going on with this property? We heard that there is some issue around Lake or something. Also, from an investment perspective between Assetz 63, Godrej Park Retreat, and JRC wildwoods which one would be ideal?

The construction is on full swing and there is no issues pertaining to the legal; the developer has left sufficient i.e. more than the permissible limit as per NGT norm (>75M) from the boundary of nearby lake.
Hi Sir, There are some concerns about the Godrej park retreat project 1. High tension electric line will be passing over the project area. 2. The approach road to the project from sarjapur main road is narrow, it may create traffic hurdles. 3 There is lake adjucent to the project. Could you please clarify on the above issues for the benefit of home buyers.

High tension electric lines will not be a hindrance as it is far from the permissible limit and doesn’t affect any nearby tower.
Approach road to the project shall eventually get better as and when the project liveability takes up. Hadosiddapura lake is quite a distance far from the project boundary and is adhered the NGT norms (more than 75 m)
