Mantr’s are no1fraudster. He has taken d full money from us ¬ paying pre emi interest. I have done biggest mistake by believing them. I wonder how can get away with this. Are there no any rules protecting the hapless buyers?
pre-emi and buy back is fraud . Dont get into this project. Phase I buyers are waiting from last 7 years still no sign of handover. For Phase 2 the pre-emi payment is delayed for more than 4 months , meanwhile you have to pay your banks full amount of the emi. And no one responds from the Mantri .
I have also booked a flat in Block 2 in 2011 & waiting for more than 2 years to get possession. We must all get together in one forum & put pressure on developer to handover the flats within next 2 months along with a compensation of Rs 10.per Sq ft / month from Feb 2014 till handover date.

I visited Mantri Serenity today and looks like Block 2 is almost complete. I have been offered a Pre EMI scheme for Block 3, which I saw that construction has begun.
But wanted to get an update on whether all the approvals are obtained and will they be able to deliver by Oct 2018 as they have promised for Block 3 now?
Current price trend is 5990 /sqft.
Please advise.
Hi Joshi, my advise keep clear of Mantri. I am still waiting for apt in Block 2 which was supposed to have been handed over in Jan 2014. My advice buy a ready to occupy apartment, after I have burnt my fingers…

Hello,i totally agree with mr balaji!5 months ago i invested 10 lacs in buying a flat at mantri serenity(under some scheme)and after a while they tell us that we arnt eligible for a bank loan.they have been giving fake dates for the return of my money,but nobody is bothered there now!why do they even take a cheque before even knowing if we are eligible or not to raise a loan!this is ridiculous!please dont invest your money here!its a scam!and can anyone help me out of this?

I have booked the flat in Mantri serenity 5 years back and in my life,its the worst decision.From 2001,i have been Mantris growth and always wanted to buy one from mantri when i had some money.Once i saved the money and invested,its total nightmare. Everytime its nearing completion,they give fake dates and have not given possession even after 5 yrs.Our kids school plan,financial burden is increasing day by day and whats surprising is management has no commitment nor empathy for its customers.
My sincere advise for folks who sees this ,please dont invest your hard earned money to such thugs.
Mantri has lost its brand in bangalore becuase of delaysof all their projects in years not in months. They take the money from the buyers for the construction of their land and have invested that amount in buying other land and now they are bankrupt with cash and no financial institutions are lending them money and that is the reason they are offering interest to the buyers or PR-emi whatever they call only for 36 months. No guarantee that the building will be finished in 36 months. Beyond 36 months they do not pay the so called interest. No penalty clause for their delay. but there is a penalty clause for the late payment from the buyer. Mantri project in Uttarahalli is delayed for more than 3 years now. So Harish Achar what do you have to say about this.

Yes Godrej is planning to come up in Kanakapura Road but it will take some time. As of now there are no new projects which are launched in Kanakapura Road. Concorde Napa Valley is a decent Villa project and builder is quoting competitive price too. You can consider it.
