Hi, I am looking to purchase villa on SJR/ Whitefield belt with an eye on long term investment. I haven’t heard of this builder at all. How do they place against Tier 1 firms.

Secondly, my budget is around 1.5 c. Am open to stretching if there is an attractive long term buy that ticks the other boxes. Could you recommend notable villa communities that I should look into?

Lastly, I have been hearing a lot about the problems with Bellandur and Varthur lakes. What is the impact on the recent situation on property prices in this area?
