As far as i know, there is no such development with in prestige city.
Hi Sir, we couldnot buy plot in prestige City since all plots were sold out. Could you suggest a project in Sarjapur road or Sarjapur village, that appreciates because of upcoming metro and ring roads? My budget is about 5000-6000/sft.

Hello Harish Sir, Thank you for helping many buyers to take the right decision. There are around 12 cases in some of the survey numbers in Great acres project. The cases are related to a partition suit claiming x Share in the portion of the property [ Mostly woman or daughter share ] . Could you please confirm the following ?
– Is this a minor case , how much risk is associated ?
– As per your experience , is this kind of case closed by the Prestige in the past ?
– If the case is still open then what is the impact in Registration/Khata transfer/House design approval by local authorities etc.?
– What if plaintiff demands land instead of compensation ?
– Is Prestige Meadows Whitefield apartment legal issues sorted out .. how long it is on hold by the court ?

Need not to worry, Builder has done all necessary due diligence & understood the velocity of cases before proposing it to the market. These type of cases are quite common & considered as minor issues for top builders like Prestige.
Since these minor issues are towards different survey numbers; This will not impact in Registration/Khata transfer/House design approval, etc.
Prestige white meadows case is going on from past 5yrs & its in the verge of closing now.(Builder has protected home buyers with indemnify clause)
Since Prestige City is a great project; I would suggest you consider it.
Hi Harish Sir, I can see very bad feedback regarding this project as it is destroying the lake and blocking 2 big Nalas. Then this would create big trouble for buyers, right in future? People used to protest to save the environment. Please suggest to invest in this project or not
