Prestige Meridian Park has ~3000 3bhk flats in 20 acres, which seems to be very high density compared most other projects. For eg I have a flat in prestige tranquility which has ~2500 flats in 38 acres.

Builder has planned the development based on the permissible FSI & Prestige Meridian Park is part of large 180 Acres Development & It Cant be compared with any other projects. Besides, Prestige City has villas and plots as well; which result in low density when compared with 180 Acres development parameter.

Sarjapur Road is the fastest growing residential area in Bangalore, you can witness much improved public infrastructure, road widening activity along with construction of flyover to decongest the traffic at Dommasandra circle and also upcoming metro connectivity till Sarjapur which adds a boon to the locality….Nevertheless you can also witness multiple school options towards Whitefield- Sarjapur road (Dommasandra Circle) like TISB, Inventure academy, Oakridge International, Greenwood High, Silver Oaks International, Global Indian International school etc…
Besides, Prestige City consists of more than 7k plus residential units along with an upcoming forum mall, you can expect all the basic needed amenities with in the project itself by 3 yrs down the line.

What are your reviews about this project? I heard there are many environmental and lake encroachment issues on this project and many concerns were raised on the same. Is it safe to invest considering the possession is 2025? I heard godrej reflections was demolished was environmental/land encroachment reasons. Will i face these for prestige city because of the long waiting period for possession, anything could happen.. what all legal documents i need to ask them to understand this?
