How to look for ongoing and Upcoming projects of a particular developer like Prestige etc?
The groundbreaking ceremony was done early September and the construction was suppose to start by Sep end. There is no clarity on why the construction didn’t start yet.

I am in the same dilemma as some others, i.e. what to do in respect of whether to go ahead with the project and pay sizable advance for this kind of expensive project when there are doubts being noticed. The builder is insisting on payments when all documents are not yet available that can be legally whetted for proceeding further.

ST bed took 15 years for the development as it was a revenue land. Now everything is sorted out. Kindly hold on for another 3 months or so to get the exact clarity.

ST bed was first a revenue land which had some issues in the initial days which has been sorted out now. Also, what we understand is Landlord and builders are negotiating on the share which should be confirmed and sorted by next 3 months or so. Post that we should be able to get a clarity from Prestige team.

Since all the developers sell property saying premium / luxury with price tags they fail to describe immediate surrounding of this property. Since this property is in the vicinity of Sewage/ NALA. How will this luxury property enhance by standard of living when i don’t get to open my window to let in and breath fresh air ?

The crucial thing is the land availability in the koramangala area and which has shrink to 10% and is also falling in to the CBD zone of bangalore., So if some one wants have their dream home in this locality they can consider, here, the only factor attracts is the location.
As far as considering the Location of Prestige Pine wood, one side of the project is facing to the nala, but however it is almost at a 200 ft distance away and that too you have park in between and having a unit on higher floor the issues can be avoided
Besides, This project will take another three years to complete and govt has already initiated retreating the sewages and nala across bangalore
Advantage is the location and brand
