The posting looks good, What are your thoughts on this project purely from an investment point of view with a 5 year window.


Don’t Invest in this project. The price is 1200 for 2+ years. I have seen this location. This is very remote next to a cliff. You can select Nirman Nandanavana for 2-3 lacs extra. Also, plots are not leveled. I am disappointed with Harish approving this project. This project has legal clearance which is good.
