No doubt the location of the project is quite serene and away from city life and pollution free zone, The project is for long-term investment more than 5 years, CAGR on YOY basis 7-9% can be expected
Don’t Invest in this project. The price is 1200 for 2+ years. I have seen this location. This is very remote next to a cliff. You can select Nirman Nandanavana for 2-3 lacs extra. Also, plots are not leveled. I am disappointed with Harish approving this project. This project has legal clearance which is good.
