Hi Harish, I have been following this site for the past two years and it is provides a really valuable information. I am planning to buy an apartment in Banglore and really confused which one to go for. This is for me to stay with my family (me, my wife and 3yo). My budget is 50lakhs, I am not particular about the location as long as it not too remote. I work in IT so I can’t say where my next office location will be so in that way location is not a constraint as long as I can rent it if needed. I am looking at flats which are in prelaunch stage so that I can make use of the offers and also gives me some time to save up some money before I take possession.
After doing some search, the projects that I feel best are Provident Capella, Godrej Ananda, Assetz Canvas and Cove( because it is offering some plan where we pay only 8k per month till posession). Location wise Capella seems to be best but a 900sqft comes around 60+ lakhs and I can’t start paying the EMI immediately. What do you think will be the right project for me. Kindly help me out in choosing one
