I have booked two units in Ashiyana fell into the trap with all the discounts and mesmerizing words with Sales and also the CRM but in reality all are false promises and still trying to get the refund of 20K. Thank God I have not moved it forward. Very worst CRM Muskan, Kanchana. The sales executive Nihal and Abhishek too.

Is it a goodtime to invest in this area, particularly in this project i.e Soukya road, as they are Sowparnika builders offers no-cost EMI along with 2 years rental assurance of 20k and not sure will get the same rent after 2 years of the tenure for 650 sft ?.
Also please suggest, which option is good in terms of investment Bridge ElDerado as this is in KIA / SEZ or this one for the next 4-5 years down the line.

Soukya road is witnessing a good growth potential and along with builder offerings makes this project a lucrative deal. , so it’s a good decision to invest here; however, fetching a rental value (builder quote) is quite possible only after five years’ time from now.
However, If you are also considering north Bangalore then suggest you to opt Brigade Eldorado, as this is a township project, a good capital value can be expected!
