I have couple of questions…need your valuable input
1. I am investor looking at 2BHK with budget less than INR60L. I look at investment in terms of a. Appreciation b. Rental Income
Keeping in view of above and 3 year timeframe for possession. Pls guide me on what is the best option available to me in current market,
2. Do you think Rohan Upavan will be successful given it has no metro connectivity and is not on 80ft+ connecting road
3. What can be the price/sqft by Jun-2021 (Phase 1 possession)
