Fraud and not trustable Builder.
I am dead crying, because of false date given for OC. Builder deliberately extending OC and completing other phase. Buyers are crying and no one is there to listen. Rent and EMI will kill people who bought flat here as builder is keep extending the occupancy date and not allowing owners to stay since past 8 months.
CRM team is liars. They will tell you different story while selling flat and then keep slapping you new dates. you are on you own once you buy flat here.

2. Yes this project will have a good demand as the housing sector has shown an upward trend, and there are a segment of prospective buyers who would like to choose their homes bit away from the hustle bustle and yet be close to CBD parts
3. Appx a base price of more than Rs. 5500 psft can be expected
