I will drink in tension, 1 Litre, 2 Litre, 3 Litre….

Fraud and not trustable Builder.

I am dead crying, because of false date given for OC. Builder deliberately extending OC and completing other phase. Buyers are crying and no one is there to listen. Rent and EMI will kill people who bought flat here as builder is keep extending the occupancy date and not allowing owners to stay since past 8 months.

CRM team is liars. They will tell you different story while selling flat and then keep slapping you new dates. you are on you own once you buy flat here.

Both the projects weigh same in terms of appreciation, builder reputation, accessibility and vicinity. But, Rohan Upavan holds upper hand in terms of Open Space, Architectural Design & Ventilation when compared to Shriram Blue.

2. Do you think Rohan Upavan will be successful given it has no metro connectivity and is not on 80ft+ connecting road

An appreciation of 8-10 % pa can be expected and rental income for 2 bhk would fetch between 25- 28k pm once it is completed
2. Yes this project will have a good demand as the housing sector has shown an upward trend, and there are a segment of prospective buyers who would like to choose their homes bit away from the hustle bustle and yet be close to CBD parts
3. Appx a base price of more than Rs. 5500 psft can be expected
