Fraud and not trustable Builder.

I am dead crying, because of false date given for OC. Builder deliberately extending OC and completing other phase. Buyers are crying and no one is there to listen. Rent and EMI will kill people who bought flat here as builder is keep extending the occupancy date and not allowing owners to stay since past 8 months.

CRM team is liars. They will tell you different story while selling flat and then keep slapping you new dates. you are on you own once you buy flat here.

1. I am investor looking at 2BHK with budget less than INR60L. I look at investment in terms of a. Appreciation b. Rental Income
