HI Harish. I am trying to decide between Salarpuria Sattva East Crest and Brigade Northbridge. Both 2 bhk and are almost equidistant from office location. This is for personal use with plans of resale in 5-6 years. Which of them will fetch better appreciation? Brigade is costing 2.26 lacs cheaper than salarpuria in this case. Please guide.

Also, would buying in East Bangalore a good option or in North Bangalore- Godrej Avenues? Kindly suggest.

Thanks Harish. I am basically looking to move in after 2 years or so once the neighbourhood becomes liveable. Godrej I have visted, but they have all amenities on the terraces of the towers, which I find it bit not ok. It might be risky for kids to play in terraces. So, I am now looking at Salarpuria/ Prestige. Even heard that Brigade has taken up a residential development project next to Tranquility. So, am evaluating this Salarpuria / Brigade. Brigade i have heard bad reviews, as they charge higher price if land value appreciates. Still in dilemma.
