Comparatively, Bagalur area is witnessing fast development with commencement of major construction activity of branded developers, so as of now, Brigade Eldorado would make the ideal choice.
Agreement was to handover on March 2022, each time when I ask they say next Month, not keeping the promise.But till no clue on Handover, there is no proper communication on Handover, each one will tell there own date.CRM will tell one date, Project guys will say another date, totally mess.
attitude like B grade Builder. Think twice before booking from this Builder.
one of the big mistake I made booking Flat with Salarpuria cubix, booking done on september 20th 2017, but till now agreement not happened, CRM team is not responding for mails.
worst experience with Salarpuria, today sent mail to cancel the booking. Please careful with Salarpuria Builder.
booked in pre launching time in September 2017, they said agreement will happen with in 15 days, but till today agreement not happened, very bad response, planning to cancel the booking

Rental for 1 bhk would roughly be 8-10K, and yes it may take time to get ROI as the ITR zone will take quite a longer time for its operation.
at current condition even investing in plots would make wise decision
since its pre launch and the costing will be spread over 4 yearz , salarpuria bieng a tier 1 builder . can it be considered ?

Yes it can be considered in the long term, say may be 5 years from now; because major developers ( Like Godrej, TATA, Piramal, Prestige, Brigade, Sobha, Kolte Patil etc.. ) have their large parcel of land banks towards North Bangalore.
Currently Plotted layout like Orchid Nirvana / Century sports village can be considered.
Citrus Motown is towards hoskote and the surrounding area may take much longer time to get developed when compare to Devanahalli.
