Would you recommend 1bhk in Sattva Park Cubix or 2bhk in Bridage El Dorado, considering long term ROI? Bagalur (Aerospace Park) or Devanahalli which would develop faster?


Agreement was to handover on March 2022, each time when I ask they say next Month, not keeping the promise.But till no clue on Handover, there is no proper communication on Handover, each one will tell there own date.CRM will tell one date, Project guys will say another date, totally mess.
attitude like B grade Builder. Think twice before booking from this Builder.

one of the big mistake I made booking Flat with Salarpuria cubix, booking done on september 20th 2017, but till now agreement not happened, CRM team is not responding for mails.
worst experience with Salarpuria, today sent mail to cancel the booking. Please careful with Salarpuria Builder.
