I am looking for a property that would give good ROI in terms of rental income and appreciation. I am currently considering Salarpuria signet, Brigade Gems, Prestige Avalon. Please share your opinion on which one will is expected to have an upper hand in the long run.

All the 3 projects are equally good for self living. Since Salarpuria Signet is close to ORR it will fetch better rental returns when compared Brigade Gem & Prestige Avalon.
In the long run Townships are considered as the most preferred choice for any community residents because of its social & cultural vibes.
Current trend is into big societies like PSOS, how will Signet being a small apartment perform(pros & cons) compared to bigger projects that prestige, Assetz, purva etc are undertaking ?
