Hello Harish, great blogs and reviews. What would be your pick between 5BHK penthouse in Shriram Chirping Woods and a 4BHK villa in Gran Carmen from overall perspective (appreciation, rentals, own living, amenities, quality of project perspective). I am in midst of this struggle between the 2. Cost difference between SCW pent house ans Gran Carmen house is not much say another 16% or so, within striking distance (cost wise). I own a villa but a bit far away near Sompura
