I am interested in a 3BHK in Shriram Blue . It would be helpful if you could share more details about the projects? any delays expected? I read lot of negative reviews about the SHriram builders.
I am comparing Shriram Blue with Salarpuria East Crest. Salarpuria seems to be have location advantage( on the highway) and has more brand equity. Shriram is usually very aggressive in pricing but 3 BHK here is costing same as Salarpuria. I am a bit confused. Please advice

UDS = [Individual Apartment’s super built-up area / Sum of all Apartments’ super built-up area ] x Total Land Area.
Note – the total land area to be considered after deducting area relinquished to Bangalore Development Authority if any
