Hi Harish. I am looking for a 2.5 or 3 bhk flat for my own staying purpose. I am confused between Shriram Southern Crest, Salarpuria Greenage, Purva Westend and Sobha Silicon Oasis. My office is close to MG road and my wife’s is electronics city. Factoring in both our work locations, upcoming or existing schools, hospitals, malls in close proximity, which one will you recommend.

Thank you for providing details about Southern Crest, Harish. In fact, I was waiting for your review. I find the location really apt though little busy. Hope it should ease out by the time the property is ready for living in 2020 (??). My concerns are:
1) the small area; will they be able to provide all the amenities they are promising?
2) the neighbouring graveyard. In case we want to sell, would it be a problem? And would you recommend a house next to burial ground?

Hi. I am planning to buy a 2bhk in Shriram Southern Crest. I am concerned about the noise and is there any land issues as I have seen the construction go late ?? It is also not yet RERA approved… Any specific reason for this ?
