Hi Harish. I am looking for a 2.5 or 3 bhk flat for my own staying purpose. I am confused between Shriram Southern Crest, Salarpuria Greenage, Purva Westend and Sobha Silicon Oasis. My office is close to MG road and my wife’s is electronics city. Factoring in both our work locations, upcoming or existing schools, hospitals, malls in close proximity, which one will you recommend.

Considering the connectivity point between your work place and your spouse work place, as of now, Greenage or westend would make good decision. But in future if the planning is only you would be working and surrounded by good schools and institutions with connectivity part, then shriram southern crest would make the best buy.
Thank you for providing details about Southern Crest, Harish. In fact, I was waiting for your review. I find the location really apt though little busy. Hope it should ease out by the time the property is ready for living in 2020 (??). My concerns are:
1) the small area; will they be able to provide all the amenities they are promising?
2) the neighbouring graveyard. In case we want to sell, would it be a problem? And would you recommend a house next to burial ground?

Yes, The project is approved by RERA, so whatever the features mentioned in their documents shall be provided.
2. The grave yard could make bit challenge to the project, but the good info is that, the quite a portion of the graveyard will be removed as a part of road widening and more over the project is constructed such that the overlooking is avoided from the apartment area and also it is not operational now.
Resale would not be an issue because of its location so can source buyers at ease ( suggest you to opt front facing units)

Nothing to get concern as it is acknowledge by RERA but awaited registration no. and the location of the project is good bet as it is close to metro so the expectation on appreciation will be high
