Sobha Manhattan overpriced for the location .. just becayse it is newyork themed doesn’t mean sobha should think they are sitting in Manhattan to ask for 1 crore for 1500 sqft in attibele .. electricity city does not command so much price forget about attibele … hosur road beyond electronic city as a real estate market is dead and there is no future development in this area which can justify this price tag.. whoever is going to pay so much price for this can forget about any appreciation as prices are inflated much beyond the current market value .. land prices in attibele are around 2000-2500 per sft so it beyond my understanding that sobha is charging 6000 per sqft for attibele ..
