I would like to know about the builder and their commitment towards completion of the project. I know they are category A builder but wanted to know about the quality / timelines / customer satisfaction. I did visit the project site and held talks with him for 2BHK & 3 BHK. I am little skeptical about completion (since its in Sep 2020) although being RERA approved. Is it worth going for it ?

Project is good for Self-use than for Investment. Vaishnavi Oasis is clear from all legal titles & It’s A Khatha Property. The project has sufficient borewells, Rain Water Harvesting system, STP & Recycle Plants to cater the water requirements. But during summer times – like other projects, the association may have to opt for water tankers & the Projected Basic rate is Rs.6250 – 6500 /Sqft by 2025.

We are Projecting 5500/Sq.ft during the completion of the project & Rs.6500 – 6700 by 5 yrs down the line.
