Hi Harish,

I am looking for a budget 2bhk apartment for my relatives to retire. Connectivity to IT spaces is not important, but proximity to metro is (future metro line is fine). Convenience for elderly is important, its great if it turns out to be good investment in long term.

I am considering Vaishnavi Serene and Casagrand Lorenza, which would you suggest.
Also, I want your opinion on buying apartment in Embassy Edge or Brigade Orchards as a retirement home, requirement is 3 years from now.
