Hi.
Looking for a resale flat here in vaishnavi terraces..But Price have been increased to 7800 for 15th floor onwards… I wouldn’t mind 2nd or 3rd floor flat at a cheaper rate

Vaishnavi Group has delivered a very bad project Vaishnavi Rathnam. Many issues in the apartment, delayed project, STP issues, improper landscape. Worst issue is car parking, no availability. Promised innocent buyers with car park and took money, but not allotted to many. This builder should be banned. Not recommended at all. BUYERS BEWARE and don’t get cheated by this builder as so many others are regretting…

I also dont see a price list… Is there a 3BHK unit available, if so at what price all inclusive?
Do they also give 2 car parking space with a unit?
