I’m a owner at Alembic Urban Forest – and this is an honest review as of October 2020. Do not fall prey to the marketing/ paid reviews.
Extremely bad builder. There are a lot of problems with the projects, and the builder is not willing to resolve them.
1) The STP is the biggest problem. It does not works, if it works, the water is stinky, smelly and black in colour. It’s almost like the sewer water is coming without any treatment.
2) The driveways, basements and other locations get filled with water after every rains. The pipes for plumbing are smaller than what it should be, and the water is not drained properly.
3) The construction quality is very bad, already, boundary walls have started falling, and multiple boundary walls have cracks in them, can fall anytime.
4) A lot of flats have reported a lot of seepage issues from different floors and blocks. Seepages are a common sight inside the flats.
All these issues can come up with any builder, the difference is whether a 100 year old company is willing to own up these issues and fix it.
Alembic is just trying to run away by giving a bad product to the customers.
I own an apartment in this Complex … and staying since it was operational..2 plus years now – Builder has lots of unfulfilled promises which they made to buyers .. They couldn’t even install a proper STP – the water in flush stinks and in black color … we are awaiting a pandemic to happen soon !!
My advice – don’t buy from Alembic – any of their projects
Whitefield is a very industrial place, but Urban forest offers such a calm and lush green cover. It doesn’t help just the residents but the trees help everyone in the area!
A beautifully designed society along with modern amenities like amphitheatre, swimming pool, lawn tennis court, area for spa and more. Well recommended
Urban forest is offeing luxrious flats with the facility of rain water harvesting and water treatment plants. Also having the other amenties which fullfills the requirements of your family. It is a nice place to stay.
It is a good place to live in if you are working near Whitefield & ITPL. It helps work life balance .
I have been looking for properties in Bangalore and have visited Alembic Urban Forest. It is a well-constructed project with all possible amenities which makes it more attractive.
A home so close to Whitefield was always my dream, and I believe I conquered my dream when I booked my home at Alembic Urban Forest. It is a place better than my dreams and still under my budget. I would say, the most luxurious project around Whitefield in this budget.
Alembic Urban Forest- Awesome buildings and area, One of the best planned apartment complex on Bangalore with lot of space, well ventilated flats, huge wide internal roads, excellent landscaping.
The property is very good situated far away from the maddening crowd of Bangalore and it’s hustle and bustle. A place to relax after a hectic day out.
There is a good swimming pool and gym and more than enough area for an evening walk

SNN Raj etternia can be considered since it acts as epicenter between Electronic city, Whitfield area, sarjapur and ORR areas. Second otpion would be alembic urban forest.
Alembic sales team seems to be in a fix how to clear out their big pending stock which is currently priced at very premium rates ( i feel the builder has priced too high if u consider that they are a new entrant in bangalore with 0 track record in the city for predicting quality ) .The latest scheme adopted by the frustrated sales guys seems to be to make false offers on phone just to make people come to their office.
After i had visited the site, Mr. Mohan called me for continuously for 3 weeks that i should come to their office for negotiation . (note – i clearly told him that my budget was around 8 lakhs less than their quote and i could not increase it much. He said they will give me “very good” discount and try to match my expectations if i come with cheque book). When i went to their office however, Mr. Mohan and his senior Sujata acted very strange. They again started praising their property and quoted the same price without any discount. When i expressed irritation, they even accepted they deliberately misled me into coming there in the hope that i would buy, but were totolly non apologetic and again requested me to consider buying at the high price only !
I am surprised; if they have huge stock as claimed by you then they would have offered you a discount you have asked.
the people in sales team don’t decide prices.
their job is to somehow sell at the prices that management decides. and if sales people are calling for several weeks and even resorting to cheap tricks for selling ( they even admitted to lying about the price to me !) then anybody can guess that their business is not going that good.

My relative recently bought 3 BHK in Urban Forest and I feel its best quality property in Whitefield bangalore a. Its surrounded by lush greenery. The ammenities and a luxurious flat seems good and worth the pay. I am planning to invest on it soon.
