Between Adarsh Savana and Prestige Marigold, what do you suggest? Which one has better potential as a investment?


There are many big land parcels in the middle of the project which are now owned by Adarsh yet, but they claim to have it registered very soon, how reliable is Adarsh builder in terms of trusting their sales and marketing. Also, they claim that these land parcels (5 to 8 Acres in size) will not have high rise (> 2 floors) due to BIAPPA mandate. I was told even Embassy edge project very close to Savana for the same reason was stalled due to this concern. Is this true?

The surrounding area is good. I short listed Vasihnavi life who is waiting for RERA approval or Adarsh. Do you think its a good idea to select Vaishnavi life. i get discounted price and builder is reputed.

But long term how is water availability in this area ?
One of the reviewer of Adarsh suggested aeroplane noise would be concern ?
