Between Adarsh Savana and Prestige Marigold, what do you suggest? Which one has better potential as a investment?

I am not able to comment because Prestige Marigold has not yet launched.
There are many big land parcels in the middle of the project which are now owned by Adarsh yet, but they claim to have it registered very soon, how reliable is Adarsh builder in terms of trusting their sales and marketing. Also, they claim that these land parcels (5 to 8 Acres in size) will not have high rise (> 2 floors) due to BIAPPA mandate. I was told even Embassy edge project very close to Savana for the same reason was stalled due to this concern. Is this true?
Adarsh group has executed good number of projects and considered under Reliable CAT A Developers. As far as we know, The extended land parcels are meant for plotted development & chances for High rise apartment is negative. Embassy edge inside the Embassy Springs project is part of Master plan and it is dissimilarity in comparison with adarsh savana project and construction activity of embassy edge is in progress.
The surrounding area is good. I short listed Vasihnavi life who is waiting for RERA approval or Adarsh. Do you think its a good idea to select Vaishnavi life. i get discounted price and builder is reputed.
But long term how is water availability in this area ?
One of the reviewer of Adarsh suggested aeroplane noise would be concern ?
Both the project are equally good for investment. We have not witnessed any Noise pollution while reviewing the project. Govt has taken few initiatives like Supply of treated water, Watershed development program in a big way and set up 700 watershed structures to combat water crisis issue in the long run.
Embassy Springs vs Adarsh Savana. Which one do you suggest for a 5-10 years investment horizon?
Both are good for Investment. Embassy Springs is an Premium Mixed Development & Its expensive when compared to Adarsh Savana. I would suggest you consider based on your investment size.
